Confusion about accounting for

To what aspect in yourself do you account to? Actually it is very simple: when you listen to your personality, to your personality and when you listen to your inner Self, to your inner Self. And accounting for here means something like: looking back with the intention: did I do what I had to do according to the inspiration of the one who gave the 'orders'.

In itself this is a superfluous action when you look at it from the perspective of your inner Self, however, you got used to doing this through your personality, and it is likely that you will continue to do so for a while with the inspiration from your inner Self as well. Especially in the period where you often find yourself switching between your personality and your inner Self simply because you become more aware of your Self, it is likely to frequently occur that your personality will attempt to account for inspiration from your inner Self. And this in itself will cause conflict, simply because it was not his inspiration to begin with, and 'so' it will not be in line with it either. This will lead to feelings of fear, the idea of losing grip, attempting to hide things or try to make it work seen from his perspective, and somehow integrate it in his own personality worldview. This in itself is an impossible action, since the inspiration did not come from that aspect and was neither meant to strengthen or uphold it.

And even though you are likely to experience personality defence mechanisms for quite a while because of this mistake in interpretation, over time the balance itself will gently switch in favour of your inner Self, and then the accompanying thought patterns will have gone as well. When you know this is part of the process, you do not have to worry about it or spend much time on it, you simply see it for what it is: a logical step in a process of increasing Awareness and you can move through it.
