Cause and effect
It is very normal in the world of personalities to say that the cause of unpleasant feelings is tension. And then it is likely that your attention is drawn towards the cause of that tension, and then an attempt is made to lessen it, or change it. By changing the situation, avoiding it, changing yourself etc.
What conveniently is kept out of your awareness here, is that the source of all tension is judgment and interpretation. It is the judgment itself that you should take a closer look at, not where it is applied. And that will help you to remember that you do not have to hide or change anything when you stop judging. You will remember that interpretation is a piece of equipment from your personality to create a
world of his own, preferably to make him look swell. And that for example a negative interpretation of this role will lead to such situations: tension. How the tension is experienced is one, and for the way that it will be expressed (or hidden) there is a tremendous amount of personality possibilities. But do not forget: they are effects, not causes.
When you want to talk about a cause, then remember that the cause is the judgment itself, not the tension that results from it, nor all the feelings and effects that follow from there. You can learn to stop judging and interpreting. And then there are no effects either.
