Dreams

Many times during the night you will be dreaming. Usually this is about images and subjects of thoughts and situations you encountered during the day, and which present themselves in your dreams in a more free and less logical, often symbolical way. When you are very busy or try to hide things from your awareness or feel less safe, chances are that you will find yourself dreaming more intensely, almost like a kind of safety valve through which you do give attention to those things your personality wants to bring up. Sometimes you even wake up tired from all the dreaming you did.

Dreams are mainly images or impressions, and just like issues you perceive during the day, these do not mean anything in themselves. Of course, as soon as you let your personality deal with it, he will want to interpret them, and there are plenty examples and tools to help you do so. However, if you want to uses them for anything, let it be for the signal: what is it that I am doing that I must dream so intense and so frequently.

Can your inner Self use dreams as well? You need not opt it out, however, this too will be likewise to the experience when you are awake, which comes down to: a feeling of intense Peace and 'knowing' with regard to something, for which you do not need an interpretation.
