Fast reaction labelled as inspiration

My personality was very good at it as well: when someone had a problem, was not able to fix something, hesitated for a moment, to reach out and help immediately. The reaction to do so came so fast into my awareness, that it was 'sold' as inspiration. But the opposite was true.

Although at first sight it may seem quite nice gestures, there is a much more basic personality thought lying at the basis of it: namely its own personality interests. It takes to long, you want to be confirmed in your way of looking, you want to be right, problems have to disappear quickly, it has to be done right, etc. And by doing it yourself, you are not dependent on others, and/or you seem in more control.

This way of looking at things limits that what comes to your awareness to something for which finding a solution is the only use. This is the only thing your personality can score with, that is true. But what your personality sells as some kind of nice Robin Hood like rescue action, in reality is not that at all, it is pure self interest. However, that is what your personality wants you to forget!

These days I know that this kind of 'fast inspiration' where your personality launches an idea and hides his motives thoroughly so that you will be willing to react to it immediately as well, is something different from the peaceful and certain Knowing and Inspiration of my inner Self. How you can tell the difference when you are not yet as far as this? Simply do not react for a while to the fast inspiration, and you will no doubt experience your personality motives in no time ;-)

Do remember that the opposite of understanding the true nature of this kind of 'help' is not that you will be selfish and never help others ever again. It will be that the source for your actions is your inner Self.
