The difference between letting go and indifference

Your personality always judges, even in the situation of indifference. He perceives something, interprets it, a feeling results with which he has to do something, and in this case his choice turns out to be: indifference, and he has you focus on this. The advantage of indifference as an outcome of this process, is that you do not have to expect from yourself that you will do something with it, get involved. A kind of seemingly neutrality while upholding the personality basis. This decision has been made quite ingeniously in order to shield you from unpleasant experiences like powerlessness and vulnerability. However, it feels like a kind of separation, it certainly is not a happy experience, more a kind of no-man's-land which you find you even will have to defend or justify, this alone should be a signal to you that your personality is involved.

With the aim of letting go, you will say: it does not matter whatever experience comes to mind, I will take a look at it and choose to face my personality issues with regard to it and let these go (and interest is one of them). A next time when a similar situation arises, you will deal with new layers of personality issues, until you are free of your personality approach and so you find yourself free of judgment and the logical steps which follow from there. Since you are now able to fully be your Self in that situation, there is no reason at all to nót want to be in that situation, on the contrary I would say. What is more pleasant than being your Self? A situation where you have let go of all personality aspects offers you a joyful, intensely Peaceful experience from (and inspired by) your inner Self.
