Turning something into a problem

Your personality is an expert in turning anything into a problem, and then use it as a starting point to justify his interference, his urge to do something about it, etc. Not only with regard to personal issues, but he is likely turn almost any situation where you are not in accord with any other person into a problem, whether he 'blames you' or the others involved.

There are situations you will find yourself in, there are ideas you will help to make real, and there are actions you will perform. However, the idea of a problem is a personal label you have given a certain situation as a result of a judgment. A judgment with regard to possibilities, expectations, approaches and others, combined with the wish for change.

The simple fact that somebody labels anything as a problem, only means that this person has perceived something, has interpreted it, states that - based on his personality references - it is not possible to immediately get rid of the tension this is likely to bring about, and implies this should have to be so: problems should be solved.

The only thing that you can be absolutely sure of when you believe you have a problem, is that you have listened to your personality, as a result you now experience tension, and you want to get rid of this. However, there are other ways to deal with tension, and the most thorough one is: let go of your interpretation, then there is no tension to follow it, when necessary through the process of forgiving yourself and others.

The best start to deal with a problem is, to become aware of this mechanism and realize: I do not know what this really means or what really should happen here. Then ask your inner Self for inspiration in case anything needs to be said or done. And let yourself be surprised about what is to follow from there. Sometimes things will happen through you, some other time you will notice that things seem to happen especially in or through others, and more often than you can now imagine you will find that nothing special was needed here in the first place, since there wás no problem at all, except in your own mind.
