Colors

Make sure you are sitting comfortably, move your body until you are.
Take a couple of deep breaths and follow your breath without influencing it.

Then gently move your attention from one color to the next
Begin with red, and stay there for about one-two breaths.
While you open up to the color.

Then simply sit down for a little while. Let thoughts pass by without consciously dealing with them.
