Hands

Make sure you are sitting comfortably and put your hands in front of you.

Take a couple of deep breaths.

Fold your hands softly into fists, tighten your grip, hold on for about 10 seconds, and relax.

Now move each finger separately.

Repeat once again: make a fist, tighten your grip, hold on for about 10 seconds, and release and relax

Then simply sit down for a little while. Let thoughts pass by without consciously dealing with them.
