Inner strength

In the process of becoming aware of your personality and opening up to your inner Self, it is not likely that you will escape feelings of powerlessness, inspired by your personality, since he loses what he thought was his grip on your experiences and your life. Letting go of your personality is one, and the last refuge that he uses is that he makes you forget that there is something else than him which will fill the space he leaves vacant. In this seemingly nowhere land, your greatest gift is held out to you.

You already possess the ability to deal with any situation that seemed impossible, dangerous, threatening, unpleasant, etc. Not only are you able to sustain these, but you can use them for increasing your personal awareness. You have the power of choice within you. The personal power to transform any situation in your life from a source of feelings based on interpreting the situation, to a source for remembering your inner Self and strengthen this remembrance. You áre the change, since it is you who makes the choice.

It may seem that people can impose a situation on you, or that things happen to you, however, nobody, really nobody except you, can force to to experience a situation in a certain way. Whatever people tell you or try to impose on you or want you to experience, yours is the power of personal choice for the source of your perception: personality or inner Self. Thus you have complete control over your experiences.

It may be comforting to use this for what seems reversal reasoning to your personality: your personality does not have any power over your experiences, unless you want him to. Your inner Self is your natural state of Being, you have only temporarily chosen to not spend much of your attention on it, since "something else" seemed more attractive than this. Your personality believes that strength is the ability to change a situation to his liking, and that weakness is to accept a situation as it is. To your inner Self, the exact opposite is true: here strength is the recognition and acceptance that the situation in itself does not mean anything, so there is nothing to tempt you to change the focus of your awareness away from your inner Self. Once you start to become more aware of the extremely pleasant and familiar experiences through your inner Self, you can hardly understand that is has ever been attractive to you to limit yourself to the worldview of a personality.
