What do I have to DO, what will help?

When you take a look around and look for help in the "alternative circuit", you will find all kinds of ways to look for relief and change: move, sit, talk, listen, read, meditate, hug, float, there is so much that it is impossible to recognize a certain logic.

Now that is true. As many people as there are in this world, as many ways there are to come to remember who you really are. There is not one way. Everybody has made his own personality out of his own unique mix of experiences. Your way back therefore is as personal as how you came there. It is not about whatever you do, but what changes it brings about in your awareness. And then it is simply a question whether it suits your personality style. Mine for example does not get anything out of dancing and vague things, but it may well be that other people can make huge steps forward through practicing that. .

Within you is all wisdom, and it knows what is good for you. Your inner Self knows the way, just listen. Sometimes you will find yourself on what seems to be a side branch of the road, only because your personality convinced you that that should bring you relief or truth. There is nothing wrong with that, in fact it is a certain way to avoid the lifelong chatter in your head that if you would have .......
