It does not matter what you dó
Your personality will categorize your activities: useful, boring, obligatory, good for me, pleasant, important, interesting, precise etc. A chore like wiping the floor is likely to be labeled boring or has-to-be-done and should be finished as soon as possible, and should in itself get as little attention as possible, otherwise you would experience the feelings that accompany this interpretation too intense. So it is likely that you perform a task
like that fast, with the radio on, meanwhile thinking about other things or use other forms of distraction that will help you to diminish the feelings you can experience NOW. Other types of interpretations, like an important or secure job, are more likely to induce focus, concentration, and shutting out other things that might attract your attention or divert it.
This way of dealing with experiences can be found almost everywhere, like working in storehouses, building sites for houses, during sporting, driving a car and a lot of other activities: loud radio music is always around, so that everyone has the opportunity to fill his or her mind with the usually positive associations that accompany music. And, on the other hand, you will find people who avoid those situations and places because they do not want
to be distracted from the activities of their personality.
Whenever you want to remember your inner Self, it does not matter what you are actually doing at that very moment, which movements you make with your body, and what happens around you. As far as your inner Self is concerned you can wipe the floor endlessly and reach the highest levels of inner peace. Because it is about intention, about a shift in awareness, about the fact that you no longer give energy to the judgmental and interpreting aspects
of your personality that want to create a world of their own.
It is not too difficult for your personality to have you think during an activity that you like that it does not matter what you really do. The ultimate challenge is when you do a chore that your personality labels as unpleasant, unwanted or should be avoided, to realize then that it really does not matter.
