Worrying, brooding, pondering

Thinking is your personalities' way of having you focus your attention on his points of view and keep it like that, thus keeping himself strong which - of course - goes at the expense of the attention you could give your inner Self. When your personality cannot get enough grip on something, it is common behaviour that he attempts in all kinds of ways to find a way of looking at the situation, maybe in a way he has not come up with till now, through which he can make it work for him again or at least make it as less unpleasant as possible. For this too labels have been invented: worrying, brooding, pondering.

This kind of action is nothing more than your personality who insists that his way of looking at the world has to be made true or a solution has to come through him, and is not (yet) ready to let this go in favour of your inner Self. Thus he also limits you to the solutions he himself can come up with. For a truly different approach you will have to let go your investment in your personality, be it for a brief moment only. And ask your inner Self for inspiration.

Will this lead to an answer which is to your personalities' liking? That in itself is not interesting, and you did not ask for that - you asked for something completely different. The intense Peace and sure Knowing which accompanies an experience and inspiration of your inner Self is in itself convincing enough.
